AlertHub

All your alerts in one webhook. Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp and more.

Send alerts from any app, script, or service with one webhook (or an email). Watch them in a real-time dashboard and route them to Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, Discord, Teams, and more — without wiring every integration by hand.

The problem

Wiring alerts service-by-service does not scale

When every microservice, cron job, or app talks directly to Slack, Telegram, or email, maintenance gets fragile — and alerts get lost in chat.

Credentials everywhere

Tokens and webhooks scattered across dozens of services — rotating one means touching many places.

One change, many redeploys

Updating a Slack channel or Telegram bot means changing and shipping multiple apps.

History lost in chat

Alerts drown in threads. No search, filters, or context when you need them later.

One-off integrations

Every team uses different tools — and every destination is built from scratch.

How it works

Three steps. Zero friction.

Centralize ingestion once. See everything. Route to wherever your team already works.

  1. 01

    Send once

One HTTP POST to AlertHub with your project key — or an email to your ingest address.

  2. 02

    See everything

A persistent, filterable, real-time feed on web and mobile. Every alert is stored.

  3. 03

    Route anywhere

Configure destinations once. Every warning or critical alert follows the same path to your channels.

Why AlertHub

Advantages that turn noise into control

Built for people who need to know what is happening — without rebuilding integrations every time a tool changes.

One integration, many channels

Connect your app once. Switch Slack → Telegram → Email without touching your code.

Searchable alert history

Every alert is logged. Filter by severity, project, text, or date — even if you missed the push.

Real-time by default

Alerts appear instantly in the dashboard via WebSockets. No page refresh needed.

Team-ready

Organize into Projects. Invite colleagues with Admin or Member roles by email.

Language-agnostic

Works with cURL, any HTTP client, or a simple email. If it can POST, it can alert.

Smart noise control

Info alerts are stored for the dashboard but not forwarded. Only warning and critical notify your channels.

Dashboard

See every alert in real time

Persistent history, severity filters, and context — even if you missed the push.

How you send alerts

From the tools you already build with

HTTP API, email, CI/CD, and more. If it can POST (or send mail), it can alert.

Destinations

Reach your team where they already work

Configure channels per project. AlertHub formats rich, provider-specific messages.

Use cases

For any event worth knowing about immediately

From server monitoring to payment failures and e-commerce — with the same routing rules.

Server monitoring

CPU, disk, memory, and healthchecks from cron or bash with a single cURL.

CI/CD failures

GitHub Actions, Netlify, and pipelines that alert when a deploy or job fails.

Security & access

Failed logins, admin access, or auth events sent via webhook or email.

Payment alerts

Stripe: failed charges, subscriptions, and billing events instantly.

E-commerce

Orders, status changes, and Shopify or other store events via webhook.

Any webhook

If it can HTTP POST — or email your project key — it can alert with AlertHub.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is AlertHub?

AlertHub is a centralized alert hub. You send events once via webhook or email, see them in a real-time dashboard, and route warning and critical alerts to Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and more.

How do I send an alert?

POST JSON to https://api.thealerthub.com/sendAlert with your project key, or email {key}@sendalert.thealerthub.com. Subject becomes the title and the body becomes the description.

Which channels can receive alerts?

Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp (paid plans), Email, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Mattermost, Gotify, ntfy, mobile push, and a generic outbound webhook. Configure destinations once per project.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 project, 3 connections, 200 alerts per month, and 7-day retention. Upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus from the app when you need more volume or WhatsApp.

How is AlertHub different from wiring Slack or Zapier yourself?

You keep one integration in your apps. Changing Slack, Telegram, or email does not require redeploys. Every alert is stored and searchable, and you can still use Zapier or Make as a source.

Does it work for Stripe, CI/CD, and WordPress?

Yes. Use ready-made guides for Stripe, GitHub Actions, Netlify, WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, and Make — or any system that can HTTP POST or send email.
